I understand that things can crop up and plans need to change. Please also respect my time by providing me with 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment. When booking your appointment you agree to the following cancellation policy.

• Less than 24 hours notice:

  If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% fee of the appointment cost will be applied to your account.

• Missed appointments (no-show):

  If you do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification, the full appointment fee will be charged.

• More than 24 hours notice:

  If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice, there is no charge.
